Embassy of the Republic of Turkey to
Ukraine
Dear Sirs,
The Ukrainian Law Associates (ULA), professional specialized
attorneys' association specializing in foreign cases, presents
its compliments to the Embassy of the Republic of Turkey to
Ukraine and has the honour to inform it of the following.
ULA, the majority of whose attorneys are specialists in international
law and have many years of practical experience, has been
operating since 1997 and provides legal protection to property
and private non-property interests of Ukrainian physical persons
and legal entities abroad and foreigners in Ukraine. The spectrum
of legal assistance provided by ULA and the network of its
business contacts with foreign bar associations and individual
attorneys abroad is quite broad. But permanent search of new
opportunities in the sphere of juridical practice and expansion
of correspondence relations abroad are an important principle
of ULA work.
For a long time, one of the major directions of ULA activities
was investigation and formalization of cases related with
foreign heritage to which Ukrainian citizens claim their rights.
Now, when numerous Ukrainian citizens work abroad and travel
for holidays, in particular, to the Republic of Turkey, some
of them are killed or injure£L(mainly in road accidents or
as the result of labour accidents), ULA also pays much attention
to foreign compensation cases, i.e. cases related with compensation
of damages. Due to the fact that the number of this kind of
applications to ULA substantially increased in recent time,
ULA would like to have reliable business partners in Turkey
for cooperation with them in the aforementioned sphere on
permanent basis.
Due to this, ULA would be most grateful to the Embassy of
the Republic of Turkey to Ukraine if the Embassy finds the
opportunity to inform ULA about Turkish bar associations or
individual attorneys specializing in compensation cases and
who would be able to represent the interests of Ukrainian
citizens related with such cases at Turkish courts and other
legal institutions.
At the same time, we inform the Embassy of the Republic of
Turkey to Ukraine that in case the necessity emerges for Turkish
physical persons and legal entities staying at the territory
of Ukraine to have their interests represented in Ukraine,
it would always be a pleasure for ULA to provide them quick
and high-quality legal assistance.
