President of Union of Turkish Bar Associations Mr. Vedat Ahsen Coşar, Vice President Ms. Berra Besler, Secretary General Mr. Cengiz Turhal, Executive Board Members Mr. Ahmet Gürel, Ms. Asude Şenol and Mr. Celal Ülgen participated to opening ceremony of Erzincan Bar Association’s service building. Delegation of UTBA visited and presented plaques to President of Erzincan Bar Association Mr. Can Tekin, Chef Prosecutor Mr. Mehmet Şafak and Chairman of Judicial Commission Judge Mustafa Sarıgedik.
