Attorney at Law

He was born in Balikesir in 1937. He graduated from Ankara University, Faculty of Law. He practiced privately in Ankara as a member of Ankara Bar Association. He served as the President of Ankara Bar and Union of Turkish Bar Associations  during 28. 05. 1989 – 31.10.1995 respectively. He became Minister of Labour in 1974. He is currently a Member of Parliament and Secretary General of Republican People’s Party (CHP).
